PiNQ Teach provides a free, permanent introductory service for Early Career Teachers who are in search of a permanent role for their teacher training year and beyond. Our team of dedicated, experienced recruiters work with Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Universities across England, Ireland and Wales sourcing talent for our partner schools. We provide informed support with completing applications, CV writing, the interview process and dealing with the challenges of an ECT induction year.
All contracts are permanent or, as a minimum, 1 year fixed term and you will be paid in line with teachers’ pay and conditions.
In these times of teacher shortage, many trainees will secure roles within the cluster of schools in which they train. As part of our process, we will highlight opportunities for those looking to work outside of their training consortiums either geographically or simply within a different setting.
Who are our clients?
PiNQ Teach lead and deepen the recruitment of qualified teachers for LAs, MATs and schools who are looking to strengthen the recruitment of permanent teachers for their staff teams.
We work in partnership with primary and secondary schools within the private and public sector as well as alternative provision units and colleges of further education. Our schools range from Ofsted outstanding through to those which require improvement.
