This Class Teacher role would suit someone looking for a change of scenery for April. The ideal Class Teacher is someone who delivers high quality teaching and is passionate about the learning and development of their pupils. You will be able to plan exciting and creative lessons and maintain high expectations of behaviour and attainment. A strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum across all year groups is a must, and experience of teaching in Year 5 is advantageous.

We would love to hear from inspiring and engaging Class Teachers who deliver dynamic and high-quality lessons, providing stimulating learning experiences and support to all pupils regardless of their learning abilities. You will be able to adapt your lessons to push the higher-ability pupils and scaffold for the lower-ability pupils. You will also recognise the importance of building excellent relationships with pupils and their parents.

The successful Class Teacher will be joining a school where pupils are kind and caring and they enjoy coming to school. You will be surrounded by collaborative and supportive staff team, with school leaders promoting a healthy ‘work-life balance.’

This role begins in April and runs until July 2025. However, there is a possibility for this to go permanent if the needs of the school suit. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and strong ECTs.
