Strategy Education are looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join our established team based in our busy Southend on Sea office.

With a comprehensive training package in place, you are not required to have any prior recruitment experience however the successful applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a drive to succeed.

As a consultant, you’ll manage your own primary, secondary or SEND desk. You will be working closely with schools, building new relationships, and developing existing ones. You will also be sourcing candidates via internal databases, job boards, social media and networking.
