Strategy Education are delighted to be working with an 11 – 18 Academy on the Buckinghamshire / Berkshire border who are looking to recruit an MFL Teacher (Spanish and French)
With an established staff team in place, the school are able to provide full support to teachers.
Due to the close proximity to London, the biggest challenge for our client is recruitment as the school does not benefit from London allowance.
However, the Academy has good leadership, strong values and a clear mission to ensure that all students are focused on becoming tomorrow’s leaders ready for university or a career of their choice. The school is at the heart of the community and the staff and students are focused on achieving great things.
The Academy is within a MAT and all academies work in collaboration, sharing ideas and demonstrating best practice. The ECT induction programme is exemplary and there are a wide range of opportunities for progressive career development.
The successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
