Due to exponential growth in business levels across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, Strategy Education are looking for graduates who may be considering training to teach and are looking for work in these areas.
The Roles
We are seeking inspirational and dedicated candidates to join our team of graduates who support schools both in mainstream and alternative provision settings. Roles can be full time or part time and may be short term daily supply or require more long term, fixed term, permanent commitment. Many of our schools have their own, in house teacher training pathways and so for the right candidate, this could be an opportunity to also secure yourself onto a course of teacher training from September 2026 / 2027

Key Responsibilities
🎓 Classroom Support
• Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
• Leading lessons in your chosen subject area and providing intervention of students who may need additional support
• Support students during class activities, ensuring everyone stays on task.
• Help set up and tidy up classroom materials and equipment.
• Reinforce learning, explaining concepts to students who need extra help.

👩‍🏫 Student Support
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who need additional help.
• Encourage and motivate students, building their confidence and independence.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN), implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.

🧩 Administrative Duties
• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and displays.
• Record and organize student work or assessments.
• Assist with marking or checking homework (if permitted).
• Supervise students during breaks, trips, or transitions between classes.

🗣️ Communication & Collaboration
• Work closely with the classroom teacher to understand lesson goals and student needs.

The successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
