THE ROLE – SEN TA
My Client is looking for SEN TA’s to work with pupils within their Alternative Provision Unit that have a SEMH/ASC needs. The ideal candidates will have experience working with SEMH/ASC pupils, be ‘team teach’ trained (similar training or be willing to be put through training).
Candidates with a strong passion for this type of role but without the experience maybe considered

The CLIENT – Alternative Provision Unit
Situated in Mid Essex my client has pupils on role that are no longer in mainstream education. The pupils are Key Stage 2-5 and have Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs – previously known as Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD), Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a separate Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

The successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including: eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
