Strategy Education have an exciting opportunity for a full time Recruitment Administrator / Trainee Recruitment Consultant initially for a 3 to 4 month contract but with the opportunity of it becoming a permanent role for the right candidate. Suitable candidates need to be available to start in either December 2016 or January 2017. The successful candidate will be based in our Maldon office and will become part of an already established and successful recruitment consultancy.
Duties involved:
To provide administrative support to the ECT team
Candidate liaison, including responding to speculative CV submissions.
Chasing references and other documents as required
Creating high quality CVs and candidate profiles
Organising and confirming interviews
Dealing with incoming calls
Speaking with clients as and when required
Attending recruitment events
Skills and experience required:
A background within administration, sales, recruitment or teaching would be advantageous although we would also consider graduates for this role.
Confident when dealing with candidates and clients over the phone
Proven administration background
A desire to succeed as an individual and a team player
