Strategy Education are currently looking for qualified Religious Education Teacher for a secondary school based in Peterborough

This is a Full Time, Long Term Role but the school will also consider Part Time

The school is looking for someone who can plan and teach RE lessons to students of mixed abilities, that follow the agreed departmental schemes of work and teaching guidelines.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.

The successful candidate must:
• Be a qualified RE Teacher (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B’ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS).
• Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high.
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.

The ideal candidate will be confident building strong rapport with pupils and hold the ability to consistently deliver ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ RE lessons.

The successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
