As a Psychology Graduate at this school you will be supporting the learning of a specific pupil who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. While the main responsibility of this role is working one-to-one with an individual pupil, there will also be the opportunity to work with small groups as you support their learning and social development. You will be liaising with the SENCO, class teachers and parents to ensure delivery of effective SEN provision.
