Strategy Education are supporting an SEN School in Loughton, Essex, who are looking to recruit an SEN Teacher for one of their primary classes.

• MPS 1 £31,350 – MPS 6 £42,689.00 + SEN allowance
• ASAP Start although willing to wait for the right SEN Teacher
• Full Time, Permanent Contract
This all-through SEN school caters for pupils aged 3-19 who have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex needs. You will be responsible for a class of pupils in the primary phase, but there is flexibility to move across year groups each year. A key part of your role as an SEN Teacher in this school is to provide individualized attention and care, collaborating with the TAs in your class to ensure that pupils are receiving the support that they require.

The successful SEN Teacher will have a passion for working with children with special educational needs (SEN) and will ideally have experience teaching pupils with SLD. You will be able to deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that are tailored to the pupils in your class’s needs and promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. You will not only encourage the pupils’ academic growth, but also their social and emotional development.
