Strategy Education are delighted to be working with an outstanding academy trust who have a Primary School in East London. They require a Primary ECT who is looking for an excellent school to start their ECT year.

The Trust provides an excellent ECT induction programme and they pride themselves on investing in their teaching staff with opportunities for clear, fast paced career development. Starting salaries are negotiable but at minimum, Teachers are paid in line with standard pay and conditions.

The successful candidate will either hold a Bachelor’s degree and will be coming towards the end of their teacher training or will have gained QTS from oversees. The Trust provides an extensive, proven ECT induction programme and there are opportunities for a career progression within the trust. The appointment will be on a permanent basis from September 2020 and you will be paid in line with Teachers Pay and conditions; scale point may be negotiable.

The successful candidate will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
