We are currently recruiting for experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in a range of nurseries and early years settings across Southend-on-Sea.
You will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing, helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with other practitioners, room leaders and parents/carers to provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality care and support to children aged 0–5.
• Planning and supporting engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress.
• Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating environment.
• Working effectively as part of a nursery team.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and EYFS requirements.
