Strategy Education is recruiting for Learning Support Assistants to join our pool of supply staff working in Secondary Schools in Southend on Sea, Essex. The successful Teaching Assistants will work with children aged 11-16.

Learning Support Assistants will have:

An understanding of the school curriculum
Be able to work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of the teaching staff
A supportive and caring nature
A commitment to helping children fulfil their potential
Good organisational and communication skills
A commitment to the safeguarding of children
Motivation, flexibility and a team player
Learing Support Assistant work is available on a part time or full time basis and so offers you a great deal of felixibility to be able to work as a Learning Support Assistant on days you are available.

The successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including: eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
