Strategy Education are looking to recruit a keen and kind Learning Support Assistant on behalf of an engaging mainstream school in Suffolk.

The responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant are as follows:
• Ensuring pupils are safe and secure
• Providing assistance to the individuals
• Observing and recording any development of the pupils
• Helping with specific and differentiated tasks

This Learning Support Assistant role may include providing general support for whole class or supporting individuals and or small groups of pupils. Therefore, necessary experience is essential. The chosen candidate should be patient and empathic and not be shy of responsibility. To be a good Learning Support Assistant, the understanding of a child’s development both socially and mentally is very important.

This is a newly opened school in central Suffolk, close to Stowmarket. It has a high achieving attitude and has a lovely energy in and around. It is open to diversity and cultural differences and runs in conjunction with the Disability Equality Policy. There is the opportunity to get involved as they have over 100 Extra-Curricular clubs that are run over the course of a Week A/ Week B timetable.
