You must:

have a proven record of enabling children to make good progress and attain to a high standard
have the ability to be an active and positive member of the KS2 and whole school team
have high expectations of behaviour and classroom management
have the ability to demonstrate a commitment to providing children with the best possible opportunities
have good communication skills
have experience of SEN
be open to new ideas and have the ability to embrace change
be consistently Good or better.
