The chosen teacher will need to be able to provide a clear direction of learning, to be able to motivate teaching and have a cohesive leadership style. You will need to be able to support colleagues in developing innovative teaching strategies to ensure that the level of achievement and learning is highly maintained. The ICT and Computer Science suites have recently benefited a refurbishment and have been fitted with high quality PCs.

As the Head of ICT, you will get the opportunity to lead a keen team and enhance the offer of extra-curricular activities. You will have to run alongside and be passionate about the school’s ethos and polices. You must be committed to your team and want to make a real change, as well as having the ability to inspire pupils.
