Strategy Education are working in partnership with a secondary school based in Essex.
Due to a growing role they are looking to recruit an additional member of staff to their MFL department. The successful candidate will take responsibility for teaching Spanish through the secondary key stages.
The school are part of an outstanding academy trust and support for ECTs is structured and effective with plenty of opportunities for progressive career development beyond the ECT pathway.

All roles are permanent with full support throughout your ECT pathway. You will be employed directly by the school and paid to scale in line with teachers pay and conditions, inclusive of the outer London allowance.
