Strategy Education are looking to appoint a Design and Technology Technician for an Ofsted rated “Good” school in Ipswich, Suffolk. This will be a permanent, part time position and the starting date is as soon as possible.

The chosen Design and Technology Technician need to be someone who can strive to share their passion in these subjects. The Design and Technology Technician will be joining the Food and Technology Teachers to ensure that the Academy’s vison and values are upheld.

The focus of this role will be to ensure that effective and efficient technical and administrative support is given throughout the Technology Department. This support is critical for successful teaching and learning.

The Design and Technology Technician needs to:
• Have a passion for Design and Technology

• Have excellent communication skills
• Have creativity and resilience

The Academy is located in Ipswich and is easily accessible by Public Transport. It is an Academy with 1000 students on roll, aged between 11 and 16.
