Strategy Education are the preferred supplier to an outstanding MAT who have sites throughout Essex and East London. All the Academies within the trust are either Outstanding or Good and due to the fact that they are within relatively close proximity, all teaching staff have the opportunity to observe best practice in a range of settings.
Due to expansion, they are looking for ECTs across a range of subjects. All positions will be paid to scale and in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions.
The successful candidate will either hold a Bachelor’s degree and will be coming towards the end of their ITT or will be in the final stages of their BA QTS or BEd. Candidates with 1 or 2 years’ experience may also be considered for these roles.
The trust pride themselves on their outstanding status and are looking for trainee teachers who are striving to become outstanding practitioners. They provide an extensive, proven ECT induction programme and there are opportunities for aggressive career progression within the trust.
The successful candidate will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
