Are you a trainee teacher looking for an ECT role in an East London or Essex school?

Although Strategy Education deal with schools throughout Essex, East Anglia, London, The Home Counties and The South East of England, East London and Essex are the areas where currently we have the most permanent roles for ECTs for September 2021.

Our schools are already shortlisting, running interviews and offering permanent roles to start in July, August or September 2021.
These roles are not supply. They are permanent roles, you will employed directly with the school and paid in line with teachers scale, we can even discuss an increased starting salary if you have previous school experience or a master’s degree. Our service to you is free, we work on behalf of our Schools and Academy Trusts who retain us for our recruitment and selection services.

I am first and foremost a qualified teacher but I am also an experienced recruiter and I lead the ECT team at Strategy Education. During the lockdown, some of you would have “met” me online delivering key note sessions surrounding the application and recruitment process and life after teacher training! If your cohort hasn’t participated in these workshops please make contact and I would happily send you a copy of the presentation for you to read in your own time.
