One of the Essex Schools is looking for an ECT of Girls Physical Education and they would be delighted to hear from any trainees who are in the process of completing their teacher training.
PE is a valued subject in the school and is taught across all secondary key stages including A Level and BTEC Foundation Sport at key stage 5. Members of the PE department work collaboratively with other staff in the school and cross curricular and extra-curricular activities are encouraged. With a full size running track, sports hall and gymnasium, the onsite facilities are amazing and give opportunities for students to experience actitivites across the whole PE curriculum.
The successful candidate will either hold a Bachelor’s degree and will be coming towards the end of their teacher training. The Trust provides an extensive, proven ECT induction programme and there are opportunities for aggressive career progression within the trust. The appointment will be on a permanent basis and you will be paid in line with Teachers Pay and conditions ; scale point may be negotiable.
The successful candidate will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
