Strategy Education are pleased to be working with a Church of England Secondary School based in Romford who are currently looking to recruit an ECT of Science and an ECT of Maths to start with them from September. This is a permanent position, full time.

Suitable candidates must have:
QTS or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the UK
Good organisational skills with high expectations of achievement and behaviour
Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
Good classroom management skills
Plan and deliver lessons to ensure excellent learning progression takes place in all areas
Deliver engaging and fun lessons, which inspire pupils to challenge their own learning.
Assess and mark work, monitor pupils’ progression and raise attainment levels.
Contribute to the development of schemes of work and subject policies as appropriate.
Communicate appropriately and develop positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
