Strategy Education are working with a school in the Lambeth area who are looking for a Subject Leader in their Humanities department – preferably someone who can teach Geography to A – Level

The role of the Subject Leader of Humanities will include:

Establishing world-class provision within the subject area, with a particular focus on the curriculum
Accountability for student progress, their high-quality work and a depth of vocabulary in the subject
Ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the subject area
Effectively and efficiently managing and deploying teaching and support staff, financial and physical resources across the subject area, with the support of and working alongside the Academy Leadership Group
Planning and delivering Humanities at A level and to the current Years 7 and 8.
