Strategy Education are looking for motivated and forward-thinking individuals with a keen interest in the Recruitment/Sales sector to join our highly successful Further Education Team based in our developing Maldon office.
We have recently grown as a team across our primary and secondary sectors, welcoming new members to our London & home counties team. Our regional Further Education department has successfully grown year upon year, and we are now looking to build upon the sectors of Post 16 teaching we can service and widen our client base. If you have a background in recruitment, sales, resourcing or even have relevant industry based experience within vocational curriculum areas such as construction, hospitality, engineering to name a few…we would like to hear from you!
Experience as a consultant is not essential, we are also keen to speak with individuals keen to learn the processes of resourcing and recruiting with the view to manage their own client base in the future after a successful period of training. You will be working with existing clients and developing new relationships to add to the growth of our FE sector. You will build upon our existing candidate base via our internal database, job boards and social networking platforms.
