We hold the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) Audited Education accreditation – the Gold Standard for recruitment – which acknowledges the high standards which we adhere to in regards to safeguarding, compliance checks, customer service, data protection and advertising. We meet each and every candidate who registers with us without compromise.
Our primary focus is supporting the recruitment and retention of UK trained teaching staff. As directors we have over 30 years’ experience of working within education and recruitment. We have created a respected, bespoke recruitment business with dedicated teaching staff and a loyal client base across primary, secondary, special needs and further education.
Many of our internal staff have an education background with formal teaching qualifications. This supports our recruitment process and enables us to deliver workshops to trainee teachers across the UK. Our staff are able to provide relevant, informed guidance to all staff from trainee teachers through to members of senior management. This ensures that our current enviable levels of service and understanding are maintained.
