This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape and deliver a high-quality Business curriculum across KS3–KS5, driving strong outcomes and inspiring students to excel.

The Role:

Lead and develop the Business department across KS3–KS5
Deliver engaging and high-quality Business lessons
Drive student progress, attainment, and outcomes
Develop and implement an ambitious and relevant curriculum
Support and mentor staff within the department

The Ideal Candidate:

QTS and a relevant degree (Business/Economics or related)
Proven experience teaching Business across KS4 & KS5
Previous leadership experience or readiness to step up
