We are seeking inspirational and dedicated candidates to join our team of teachers who support schools both in mainstream and alternative provision settings. Roles can be full time or part time and may be short term daily supply or require more long term, fixed term, permanent commitment

Key Responsibilities
• Teach engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and possibly Key Stage 5).
• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on students’ progress and attainment.
• Contributing to the development of schemes of work and departmental resources.
• Supporting the school’s literacy initiatives and enrichment activities.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participating fully in the wider life of the school.

Person Specification
Essential:
• A degree
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – advantageous though non-essential for application
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to high expectations and continuous improvement.
