The sought Maths Tutor will be a bright graduate with a specialist degree in an academic subject based in Mathematics It will be highly advantageous for the Maths Tutor to have experience in supporting pupils academically or in more informal settings as it demonstrates your pre-existing commitments to starting a career in education!

The Maths Tutor role will primarily involve you providing support to students in their GCSE revision ahead of their exams at the end of the year. There will also be the opportunity to assist in lower years in your chosen subject as you build your teaching experience. When instructed by the teacher, you will take pupils out for one-to-one and group sessions to turn complex course material into tangible ideas.
