Strategy Education are working in partnership with a secondary school based on the East London / Essex border.
Due to a growing role they are looking to recruit an additional member of staff to their Expressive Arts department. The successful candidate will be a Music Specialist and will take responsibility for teaching Music through the secondary key stages. The ability to teach Drama as a second subject is desirable though not essential for application. You will become an integral part of the department and will support extra-curricular activities and production as required.
The school are part of an outstanding academy trust and support for ECTs is structured and effective with plenty of opportunities for progressive career development beyond the ECT pathway.
