The role of the Subject Leader of Design and Technology will include:

Establishing world-class provision within Design and Technology, with a particular focus on curriculum
Accountability for student progress, their high-quality work and a depth of vocabulary in Design and Technology
Ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Design and Technology
Effectively and efficiently managing and deploying teaching/support staff, financial and physical resources across Design and Technology
Ensuring that literacy and numeracy support the delivery of Design and Technology in a planned and cohesive way.
