We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success in raising standards and in innovation:
•To lead improvement in teaching and learning across the academy,
•To work with T&L within the academy to ensure it is the best it can be
•To lead on teaching and learning for most able within the academy
•To develop university links and partnerships for our students
•Promoting this practice with the educational community, across the academy, and nationally through published articles, workshops and conferences,
•To ensure best teaching practice is systematically shared across the academy
•To lead the Teaching and Learning Development team and coordinate meetings
•To lead and coordinate staff CPD training.
