Strategy is currently working with a mainstream secondary school in Enfield, London. They are in the process of recruiting a selection of graduate teaching assistants to work in each core department, English, Mathematics and Science. You will be required to support learners across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.

For candidates the school offers Schools direct training for the following year, therefore this position would suit somebody who is looking to pursue a career in teaching. Recent graduates who have completed a degree in Maths, English or Science would be ideal.

Alternatively the school are open to receiving applications from experienced candidates who have worked within a school and who are looking to become a teacher in the future.

The selected applicant will work alongside other members of staff to support students with a variety of needs and abilities. You will be responsible for supporting learners in the classroom and may be require to work with students on a 1:1 basis.

Great location for public transport and M25 access.
